Minor League Hockey Player Gets Thigh Slashed During Game

Just a warning this video while not the greatest, features large amounts of blood. During a minor league hockey game between Peoria and Huntsville a freak accident saw Huntsville centre Justin Cseter’s thigh slashed by a skate. Trainers from both teams rushed onto the ice to save Justin’s life. After 30 minutes and a makeshift tourniquet made from a broken hockey stick Justin was taken off the ice and to hospital where he was stitched up and released. Luckily Justin’s artery was not severed had it been this would be a very different story.
