“A touching tale of father and son.”

After connecting with a stranger of similar interests online, family man Gordon and his young son Paul embark on an ill-fated road trip in which Gordon aims to indulge in a secret passion. Before the day ends a horrible truth will be uncovered and a harsh lesson will be learned.

So this 2 months in the making. I’ve watched it 5 times. 3 back to back to back. For something that is only 15 mins long it is amazingly powerful. It’s taken me this long just to formulate my thoughts. In 15 mins Richard Powell drives a pick axe into your psyche. Robert Nolan is great and Bill Oberst Jr. is incredibly sinister and amazing.

The film starts with something that is so horrific and plausible. Meeting some one with similar interests on the internet; which happens a million times a day. You might be doing that now by reading this movie review. And it is what Robert Nolan‘s character Gordon when he reaches out to Bill Oberst Jr.‘s Denis. It’s after you start to find out what they have in common that your skin begins to crawl. That’s it. That’s all I’ll say. I want to go into further detail, but you HAVE to see if first. Then hit me up on social media for a chat. In all honesty, it’s so crazy on so many levels, you will have to watch it multiple times. The first couple you will sit in silence, maybe but your head in your hands and say “what the hell did I just watch?” And you just feel dirty after. GO WATCH IT NOW.

… Run along kiddies …
