Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao was a FARCE

Well.. what can I say? I knew it was too good to be true. **Spoilers** Mayweather won. After watching the fight all I can say is that I’m so glad I didn’t pay for it. It was the worst thing I have watched in a long time. That fight was decided months ago in a boardroom somewhere. I’m assume thats the only reason that it happened in the first place.

Before this fight happened I was talking with The Champ on Fearcast and he said that many folks were already saying that this fight would go to Mayweather so that there could be a re-match set up for September. I don’t know if that’s something that would actually happen, but it seems super odd. Actually there was a lot of “odd” things that happened. There was no reaction from Pacquiao when it was announced that Mayweather had won the fight. He simply shrugged his shoulders. That seemed way out of character. If I had been DYING for this fight. Chasing Floyd for years to have it. And then to have it taken with ease, I would have lost my shit. But I supposed if you know the outcome months ahead, you are ok with it when the time comes.

We watched a copy of the UK feed, I think. The announcers were British and Scottish. And they were all over Mayweather’s dick the entire time. Talk about how he “put on a clinic” and they scored all but three rounds for him. The entire time that they were talking him up, the replays were him being punched in the face or running away. It was fucking MIND-BLOWING! Because that was what I was watching. Pacman was chasing him the whole time. Mayweather kept putting him in headlocks, and tying him up.

I started this on May 3rd, it’s now May 5th and I’m over it. These two fools tricked the world out of 400 million dollars or something to that effect. The way I look at it, is now boxing can finally die and ride off into the afterlife. With MMA taking the world by storm showing that there is more to combat sports than just punching, I think this is the end of boxing. I was watching an interview with Joe Rogan and he feels the same. He said everyone that is “famous” in boxing now is all that there will ever be. Most kids are learning MMA now instead of boxing. Plus MMA is allowing olympians from wrestling, boxing, and so on to have a career after.
